ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All of our products are made to order. This helps reduce waste and ensures every item is produced specifically for you.

This includes printing, embroidery (where applicable), quality checks, and packing

Please note that during busy periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
At this time, we only ship to customers within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
SHIPPING TIMES (UK)
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard UK Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value.

Free UK shipping on orders over £50

Orders under £50 will be charged a flat shipping rate, shown clearly at checkout
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
If your order appears to be lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and make it right.
