Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to report an issue.

All New Earth Wear products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To request a return or refund, please contact us at NewEarthWear@protonmail.com with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive your email and supporting photos, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution. In most cases, returns are not required for print-on-demand items.

If a return is required, we will provide clear instructions and cover return shipping where appropriate.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

However, in accordance with EU consumer law, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatically issued upon return.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved based on the information and photos provided, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a pre-paid return shipping label and return instructions will be provided. Once we receive your return, the item will be physically inspected to ensure it meets the conditions for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions upon physical inspection, we will notify you. You may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense or have the item disposed of. No refund will be issued for items that fail inspection.
