Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All N.E.W orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. Expanding to international shipping is part of our future plans, and updates will be shared when this becomes available.

How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically produced within 3–5 working days, with delivery taking a further 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using our Size & Fit Guides, which provides detailed measurements for each garment. If you are between sizes, consider how you prefer your fit before choosing.

Do the uniforms fit true to size?
Our uniforms are designed to fit true to size with a relaxed, comfortable silhouette. Fit notes are provided where relevant on each product page.

What if I’m unsure about sizing?
If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll help guide you based on the garment and fit.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
As our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer exchanges for alternative sizes. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to assist.

How do I start a return?
As our garments are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Product & Care

How should I care for my garments?
To maintain quality, we recommend avoiding tumble drying. Full care instructions are included on the garment label. Detailed care and garment guidance can also be found on our Care Instructions page linked in the footer of the store.

Will prints or embroidery fade over time?
All logos and prints are applied using high quality techniques designed for durability. Proper care will help preserve their appearance over time.


Drops & Availability

Are your products limited?
The majority of N.E.W garments are intended to remain available. Occasionally, limited pieces may be released as part of specific drops. Any item that is limited will be clearly identified.

Will sold out items return?
N.E.W prioritises continuity over constant rotation. Core garments are designed to remain available, while select pieces may be released as limited drops and will not be restocked. Availability is always communicated clearly.
